01 Private Cape Winelands Tours
The Cape Winelands,
intimately.
Private, certified wine journeys through Stellenbosch & Franschhoek — boutique family estates, no crowds, and a day composed entirely around you.
02 The Philosophy
Not a tour bus. Not a tasting-room checklist. A day in the winelands composed around your palate — paced to linger, guided by someone who knows the families behind the labels.
After fifteen years in specialty coffee, I traded one world of terroir and craft for another — and have spent the twelve years since walking these vineyards and sharing tables with the people who farm them. The estates I bring you to are mostly small, family-owned, and rarely on a brochure.
Whether you live for old-vine Chenin, want to understand terroir on foot, or simply want a beautiful, unhurried day — we build it together, the night before or the morning of.

05 A Day, Composed
How a day in the valley unfolds
A rhythm, not a schedule. Every timing flexes to the day, the light, and the table you don't want to leave.
- 09:30
Door-to-vineyard pick-up
Collected from your accommodation in Cape Town, or 10:30 from the Winelands. No logistics, no driving, no maps.
- 11:00
First estate & cellar
A vineyard walk and guided tasting at a handpicked family producer — the one that sets the palate for the day.
- 13:00
A long, local lunch
A relaxed lunch at a selected estate restaurant or in town — measured in hours, not courses.
- 15:00
The hidden gem
A coffee stop, then a producer you'd never find alone — chosen for story and character, tasted unhurried.
- 17:00
Home, unhurried
Returned to your door with notes on everything you loved — and bottles, if you couldn't resist.
